Update #1: read 50 books this year
Ever since I got my kindle last year for christmas I am a reading machine. Last year I set a goal to read 25 books for the entire year and I surpassed it by reading 58.
Challenges Overcome: I am almost finished my first book of 2026!
Obstacles Faced: Obviously life gets in the way so being able to set aside time to read when being busy in work and home life.
Looking Back: The author Lisa Jewell is someone that I have read before and really liked her books so I think I may read a few more after this one.
Update #2: 7/50!
15% completeI have been reading like crazy with all the snow days we have been getting in January!
Challenges Overcome: Snow days/days off have definitely helped me achieve my goal this far. According to goodreads, I’m ahead of schedule
Obstacles Faced: Staying interested in the books I pick
Looking Back: Really stick to genres I like. When I tried to complete the fall challenge last time, I was forced outside my comfort zone and I didn’t love it.
