Update #1: track the growth of my hardy hibiscus
I have a hardy hibiscus plant and it comes back every year. There is only like one flower on it typically, but hoping for more this summer!
Challenges Overcome: Lots of watering and staked out the area as the plant was emerging. I didn’t want to step on it accidentally!
Obstacles Faced: I hope a squirrel doesn’t decide to snack on it. Sometimes the squirrels dig up bulbs and uproot plants in my garden
Looking Back: They are slow growers at first. I didn’t see any real growth for a few weeks and I feel like in just a day or two it grew 4 inches!
