Progress Updates (6 total)
Update #1: Master Cleanest 3D Printing
Bring 3D objects from cyber world to ours as clean and silk as possible with low cost filaments and printers.
Challenges Overcome: Tested few nozzles and print speeds, different pre settings and slicers, just started with 3d printing few weeks ago.
Update #2: Split head print
10% completeGetting better, using glue on the glass and grim on slicer settings helps the cheap filament stick and creat better layer 1.
Challenges Overcome: This is the most complex print I have so far.
Obstacles Faced: Ran out of filament mid print😅
Looking Back: Adding supports, grim and glue helps.
Update #3: Real life utility
20% complete1st print of DIY heater tower, will contain 4 S19 Asic chips that hash SHA256, generate hash and heat at 60w only while mines bitcoin.
I’ll be using open source firmware from the bitaxe project.

Update #4: Full tower
80% completeCurrently waiting for the specific nactua fan to place the chips on the brackets.
And the tower legs are currently printing.
Update #5: exhaust fan (pending) only
95% completeAll axes on brackets, tested hashing ≈ 2.1Th/s but without the exhaust fan, heat is trapped inside the tower, that would finish the project, next touch is to scale the efficiency while waiting for the fan.
Update #6: Final test was ok
100% completeGreat print, it held all my bit axes, 2 S19 and two S21 asic chips.
Generating ≈ 2.3TH/s at ≈ 64w while output a 65°C crispy air to warm up toes upcoming winter.
