Update #1: Learn to use CRM Software
My current investor and customer CRM is mostly by Excel, it's messy, chaotic, and I have no idea where the file has been saved most of the time.
I hope I get to track things easier as I learn to use Airtable or HubSpot (recommended by other founders 3+ months ago, but I didnt listen lol)
Update #2: DB down - sent my 1st customer suppport email
how come all the apps I use have some fatal bugs all the time?
I.e. LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and airtable
I need to manage feeling so unproductive and pissed when their servers or whatever is down
Update #3: CRM sequence
1. Put together a small number of high priority investors that invest in my space (20-30 investors). Found them on Crunchbase
2. Give them a rating and sort by priority
3. List all their portfolio companies that I want to talk to/in adjacent space.
4. Message these founders, ask for a meeting, and ask for a referral to their investors on this list.
Not sure if it works yet lol we'll see.
