Create a small drawing once every 2 days, for a month

I want to improve my drawing skills and learn more about the different styles and ways to create better art.

I think I am making progress with my goal as I have made a small drawing that I am proud of but I think in the future I will make more complicated drawings as this was just a small doodle.

I am sketching out my new drawing but I will have to finish this next week so I can only make small simple drawings as I have left all my drawing supplies at home, because I am going camping.

I have drawn a hat for a part of my goal. I enjoyed creating this drawing as it wasn’t too hard but it also wasn’t really simple. I will definitely create more complicated and coloured art when I get back from camp but I think this is good enough with the limited material I have.

I created a digital drawing of a dragon fruit. This drawing took me around 1 hour to create. I think while drawing this I definitely improved on my shading and blending the colours.

This is a replacement for the day that I missed. On 12th of march as I forgot to make a drawing so this is a replacement. I am very proud of this drawing but I feel like I should work on blending with pencil and I should buy a pen to draw the whites of the drawing.

I created a bunch of black and white drawings of the 12 Chinese zodiacs, I was inspired to do this because I saw many videos with a audio saying the 12 zodiacs and then people drawing them. I have definitely learned that I usually draw with a reference as all of these used references that I found online.

I forgot to upload this yesterday but I did make it on the 18th of March. I have been dabbling into digital art more as I usually do traditional art but I do digital art a lot as well but compared to traditional it’s a small amount. I have mainly been using free-form and magma to draw digitally. I do want to create more large scale arts in the future and maybe some fanart for some fandoms I’m in.

I made my mum a drawing for her birthday. I and very proud of my drawing as I liked the simple design and the shading of the drawing. In the future I would like to make a more creative cake as this one felt very similar to other drawings of cake, other wise I am quite pleased with this drawing:
