Complete all Pimsleur Mandarin Lessons

I would highly recommend the Pimsleur app for learning Chinese. I’m currently on unit 5 lesson 12, or lesson 132/150, and have learned a tremendous amount. The courses have become pretty challenging in units 4 + 5 which has slowed me down. Once completing the lessons, I also need to find the next step to continue my learning journey.

One strategy that really helps and motivates me towards learning these lessons is to immediate practice them with people around me. It's always a nice feeling when you whip out a random, complex sentence in another language. My order for studying is: 1. Do the Pimsluer lesson 2. Write/find the new vocab in Pleco 3. Note them in Opus to save for progress 4.
