Update #1: Run 10km
I was never a big fan of running but I want to bring myself to like it by just doing it more often or actually doing it at all 😄
10km sounds nice but I‘m starting from zero so we‘ll see where the journey takes me✌🏻
Challenges Overcome: I go bouldering a few times a month but its more strength and less cardio
Obstacles Faced: Running frequently
Looking Back: I like running in the dark and when its cold
Update #2: Late night run (half way there)
50% completeThats my 3rd run this week and I pushed myself to hit the 5km 🙏🏻
Challenges Overcome: 5km in 30 minutes
Obstacles Faced: Getting up after a weekend of halloween parties and a lack of sleep
Looking Back: Keep it up
Update #3: a short and snowy run
55% completeits ice cold, dark and snowing…. sounds like a fun run ☃️
Challenges Overcome: i did‘t slip on the icy streets
Obstacles Faced: snow, wind, ice cold air, slippery streets
Looking Back: running while it snows is kinda magical
