Challenges Overcome: Losing body fat while enhancing muscle tone and mass, not worrying about calorie intake or meals a day, I just eat when I’m hungry till satiated.

I have reached the goal but for my hight I feel skinnier than I should be. Next goal will be bulking up. I have learned that we thrive on fats! 0 supplements, just fatty meats eggs butter and salt + fast running.
