Update #1: Get to 165lbs
177.9lbs as of January 27. I feel like if I lose 10lbs i would look great plus i want to live a healthier lifestyle

Update #2: update 1
10% completeNot as much as expected but there is visible changes like my waist was 44 now i feel like it’s around 43-42 (pants are loose lol). My obliques are a little defined in the morning which is also new. I think the weight is not changing because I started taking creatine like 2 and half weeks ago so there is a lot of water retention going on.
Update #3: Lost almost 3lbs!
10% completeI wasn’t expecting to lose this much weight this week as there was not that much change physically apart from more vascularity in the shoulders and arms. Waist and hip size are still almost the same as last week.
Update #4: Down to 172.7lbs

10% completeWas traveling and eating out a lot I didn’t expect to lose any weight

90% completeI’m around 4lbs away from my goal weight now and I have definitely noticed that I’m more athletic than I was and I’m not having brain fog as frequently as I used to. Only downside is that I hit a plateau in the gym, I have been lifting the same weight for two weeks now but only on chest exercises for some reason. Another thing I have to mention is that a lot of people have been commenting on the fact that I look like I lost fat around my face which I didn’t notice for some reason

100% completeShortly after my last update i got really busy with life and and stopped hitting the gym around 2 weeks ago because of my finals but i did keep my eating habits in check which obviously worked in my favor. Now that i have reached my goal weight im going to maintain it and keep grinding at the gym
