I want to do an unassisted, full ROM, good form pullup.
If I'm ever chased off the edge of a cliff by a villain who walks off without noticing that I'm clinging determinedly to a tree branch a few yards below him, I need to be able to hold myself there until he finishes his monologue and then pull myself up to safety.
get a toned body
on days even when i don’t feel like working out, i push myself and would rather be uncomfortable for an hour rather than forever
Get in at least 20 days of skiing this season
Ski season is here and it's time to hit the slopes. Last year I got 19 days in, so this year I'm looking to get at least 20 in.

Start walking outside 2x a week this fall
It wasn’t very long, but I am feeling very tired after a long weekend. Figured a little is better than nothing :)
Jump on the Trampoline
Everything changed! It’s all tangled up between trees and branches
Do a muscle up
Along with pull ups, I am working on strengthening the full movement. Lots of work still to do to get there.
Flash a V7 Climb
I’m growing more confident in dynamic movements and pushing hard to get to the next hold. Dynos are aplenty in V6’s and V7’s so confidence in this area will be so helpful in flashy future routes.
Climb a V7
I’ve been climbing once or twice a week with slow progress, but I just flashed a V5 climb for the first time! It was the green problem—it definitely felt a bit on the easier side but I’ll take it
Get to 165lbs
Shortly after my last update i got really busy with life and and stopped hitting the gym around 2 weeks ago because of my finals but i did keep my eating habits in check which obviously worked in my favor. Now that i have reached my goal weight im going to maintain it and keep grinding at the gym
Touch Toes while Standing
at buffalo wild wings! go falcons
Learn how to do a gainer
As I expected, once the mental hurdle was overcome, the rest would be easy. From the first video to this ~30 minutes had passed, so not too much time in the grand scheme of things. I learned to tuck and control my legs properly by noticing my non-dominate leg allows for better control and power during the tuck with my right leg. In other words, I jumped with my left and tucked with my right.
Get to 13% bodyfat
I have reached the goal but for my hight I feel skinnier than I should be. Next goal will be bulking up. I have learned that we thrive on fats! 0 supplements, just fatty meats eggs butter and salt + fast running.
Move everyday for a week
I have struggled with exercising on a regular basis and on keeping a more stable work life balance. As a first goal towards losing weight, I'd like just to start moving everyday for a week.
Touch Toes while Standing
Touched my toes and a little farther!
Get to top of Runyon Quickly
I hate running and I just gotta accept it. There’s no way I’m ever going to finish the goal if the expectation is to jog to the top of Runyon lol. Moving jogging goal to treadmill in AC cooled gym. Today I drove to top of Runyon
Improve Squat Form/Weight
I’m keeping the shims for now. My hips feel a bit more limber and i focus on going to the limit of my hip hinge and not leaning forward and stressing my lower back. There has been nearly no discomfort with these squats so I’m looking to keep it rolling. 185 i think 3x10, minimal butt wink from what i can tell. Still need to work on getting deeper. Ya boys got long femurs or sumn 💀

Squat 5x5 at body weight
Working on core stability and ankle mobility. Trying to switch to Zercher next week
Track Arnold Press six rep max
60lb was tough but was also probably achievable last time since no training has been done since last update. Resting probably helped
