Update #1: Run 3 miles under 30mins

Prior to pregnancy and childbirth I was able to easily run 3 miles in less than 30 minutes. I would like to regain the ability.
Challenges Overcome: I have been able to run 2 miles.

Update #2: Run progress

50% complete
Ran 2.6 miles, longer than my previous longest run of 2 miles postpartum. Unfortunately had to stop once during this run.
