Update #1: Waking up without an alarm
I found myself struggling to wake up in the winter, and I would often snooze my alarm. I did some reading about what not setting alarm allows for your body and decided I would try it. Low and behold I actually woke up earlier than my alarm usually goes off.
Challenges Overcome: Lately whenever I can I do not set my alarm. My average wake up time has been 5:45 this week and I think it’s because of the sun! I am excited to keep paying attention to what my natural wake up time is seasonally, and hopefully schedule my days around this natural phenomenon that I am beginning to notice.
Update #2: Waking up without an alarm, fall update
45% completeThis summer this proved a little bit challenging because I moved locations. The sun does not come into my room in the same way that it used to in my new spot. This being said, I am hoping to get into a routine. at least a few days a week I’ve been waking up without an alarm.
