Update #1: Get out of bed by 5:30 every weekday
Want to get into the habit of getting up earlier. I am starting at 7:30 for a couple of weeks and then moving to 7:00 and so forth.
Challenges Overcome: 2 days completed so far. This is a stepping stone so I can adjust my internal clock to an earlier time.
Update #2: 730am achieved
10% completeI am liking being out of bed at 7:30am. I am a remote employee so have developed some bad habits I want to get conquered and be more productive in my personal life.
Now moving up to 7AM to be out of bed.
