Update #1: Run, lift, or do yoga 5 days out of the week.

I have just started doing a part time program at school while working and my exercise regimen has been horrible. I wanted to make sure to stay active.
Challenges Overcome: Bought kettlebells and running shoes.
Obstacles Faced: With a busy schedule it will be easy to put off especially with travel.
Next Steps: Doing something small even if it’s for 10 minutes.
Looking Back: It doesn’t have to be max effort to do it.
