Update #1: Get more consistent with Muay Thai Training
I want to improve at Muay Thai by going to training more consistently. My goal is to go to class 2-3 times per week for the next 6 weeks. I will post a weekly update with things I have learned and a log of how many trainings I attended as well as some video clips.
Challenges Overcome: I started attending class in November and went consistently until February where I got very inconsistent. I plan to attend Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
Update #2: I am still training martial arts just closing out this goal!
