Eat healthier for one week
It was hard but very meaningful: it helped me physically and mentally. Honestly, its a natural healthy weight loss program; I unintentionally lost 5 lbs Thanks to OPUS CAFE
Complete 75 Hard
Made it halfway!! ☺️🎉 Feel so much more energised each day and being ‘healthy’ is starting to become more of a habit rather than an active choice
Make more food from scratch
I want to make more food from scratch and avoid process foods!
Eat more healthy
Eating healthy is good because it helps your body function better, reduces disease risk, and boosts your mood and energy. It’s one of the most powerful ways to improve your overall well-being—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Run, lift, or do yoga 5 days out of the week.
I have just started doing a part time program at school while working and my exercise regimen has been horrible. I wanted to make sure to stay active.
75 Soft Challenge
75 soft-ish challenge! I plan to exercise for 30 minutes 6 days a week, drink 64oz of water daily, limit alcohol to special occasions (e.g. birthdays), and do 20 minutes of a mindful activity (e.g. reading/writing, coloring, etc.) everyday for 75 days.
Swimming In the ocean every day
A few winters ago I swam in the ocean every day. I would go in for around 30 seconds maybe a minute dip in and then come out. It was incredible for my happiness levels. I’m going to start doing this again. It’s 10 o’clock at night here so I’m going to start tomorrow even though they say you should start a goal right then and there.
Fixing my nerd neck
1. Realized my mouse was too tall so it’s making me shrug while working 2. Got rid of the external monitor, which makes me look upward during long work hours 3. Incorporated more back exercises
Make one nutritious meal from home a day by July 21st
My goal is not to count calories or lose weight. I just want to fuel my body with nutritious whole foods that don’t have any preservatives. I feel so much better mentally and physically when I eat real foods with simple ingredients. With that being said I would like to prioritize at least one homemade nutritious meal a day.
Healthy body , healthy mind
Eat more veggies & fruit , less fatty & junkie ones
Fix my posture to enable longer continuous working sessions at a desk
Often times, my back starts hurting shortly into a deep work session. This takes me out of focus of that deep work and hurts my productivity.
Increase Water intake, decrease caffeine intake
