Update #1: Perfecting sourdough bread
I just started with my second round of starter after neglecting my first one. I am working on being more consistent with my feedings, and playing with ratios when making bread!
Update #2: Lower rack in oven, no cold proof, more water in Dutch oven.
15% completeGot a little “ear” on my loaf. Taste and rise were great!
Update #3: Working with additions
30% completeAdded cinnamon raisin and let it proof on the counter all day. I added the cinnamon and raisin later in the proof and worked on folding it in to try to distribute through loaf.
