Update #1: Build bigger shoulders and biceps

I’ve been proud of the journey that I’ve committed to the gym, but want to tone my body and to get the physique that I’m looking to develop (athletic builded)
Challenges Overcome: I started committing going to the gym multiple times a week since August. I’m proud of the progress that I’ve made sometimes I’m not able to go as often as I want to do my work schedule, but I try not to go three days without going to the gym.
Obstacles Faced: I ended up injuring my shoulder a couple of weeks ago, which has led me to a plateau and affected me from doing certain exercises, but I still kept on going not to lose momentum
Next Steps: Committing certain days to biceps, I committed upper body days, but I’m also hesitant on doing biceps because I know how sore I’ll be the following days
Looking Back: I’ve learned the importance of setting that personal time for myself having a great playlist to keep me energized in a great mood
