Update #1: Do a muscle up
A muscle up is a tough physical and technical workout motion, combining a pull-up with a dip. My goal is to be able to do just one muscle up
Challenges Overcome: Today I did 3 pull-ups. I need to work on strengthening all of the muscles involved with a muscle up which is almost full body.
Update #2: Working on strengthening the motion
15% completeAlong with pull ups, I am working on strengthening the full movement. Lots of work still to do to get there.
Challenges Overcome: I can do this movement with more than half my body weight at reps.
Obstacles Faced: This machine has a little less range of motion than I would like to practice the full movement.
Looking Back: After looking at this video, it doesn’t seem like my body position is quite right for how people do muscle ups
