Update #1: Get to top of Runyon Quickly
Eventually be able to slowly jog to the top of Runyon.
Today - no mouth breathing, which is a great improvement from last time. Spent about 21 minutes walking pretty fast from my apartment to the top of the hill. I wonder if I can reduce this further.
I did not measure heart rate today (estimated probs 150), but it'd be cool to see heart rate go down as I get more in shape
Update #2: Chose a different trail - not paved
Sandy and slippery, i think it's called the west trail or something. Lots of bugs and overgrown plants, no one is on the trail, very creepy.
Update #3: Too hot in the AM
Runyon is so slipper after the hurricane due to sand/rock slides lol. The area gets too hot after 7am with direct sunlight, so the best time to go without overheating is around 6-8pm with shade, or wear shorts.
Update #4: 25 minutes and out of breath

Feeling slow and sweaty. No where near jogging 😓
Update #6: Fast Enough, changing goal to the gYm
I hate running and I just gotta accept it. There’s no way I’m ever going to finish the goal if the expectation is to jog to the top of Runyon lol. Moving jogging goal to treadmill in AC cooled gym.
