Update #1: Run a mile without stopping

It’s been years since I’ve run for fun, I’d like to get back into it. Starting small!
Challenges Overcome: Took my dog for a jog! He wanted to smell plants so I ran another loop alone! (Ran 1/4 mile without stopping)

Update #2: Went for a run

25% complete
I’ve been working on my breathing while running, today I was able to keep my breath more even then I usually do

Update #3: 2 miles walking/running

40% complete
I decided to go for a run that went through the woods and to a river, I stopped for a 10 minute meditation break. Overall, I ran in intervals and focused on my breathing and body mechanics. (Probably 1/4 mile without stopping each time)

Update #4: Ran 1.5 miles (intervals)

70% complete
Stopped a couple of times and focused on my breathing

Update #5: Nature walk

75% complete
Last week I wasn’t feeling well so instead of running I walked/ jogged at least a half hour each day. I found a new favorite trail!

Update #6: Jog in the woods

80% complete
Today was a little difficult to get the motivation, but I’m glad I got out!
