Update #1: Live better, feel better
For this year I want to make my goals interactive in my journal! My first spread is a goal spread where I just list my overall goals and then I will do individual pages dedicated to every goal that would be an interactive page!
Challenges Overcome: I have already started with one log page and started logging on the page as well as as started new goals on here so that I can hold myself accountable!
Obstacles Faced: I work a lot of random hours and trying to do something small every day towards my goals while also getting the rest necessary might be an obstacle.
Update #2: set up my Hobonichi 5 year journal!
15% completeI’ve been journaling my whole life but in the last couple of years I’ve been feeling like it’s too much of an effort to ride a whole page so I decided to get the five year journal! It’s smaller sections on each page for every date and once you’re done with the year you restart the book in the beginning and you have a different section under the previous year! I’m so excited to see my growth every year!
