I’ve been more active within the last month, making sure I have at least one good walk each week and staying on top of my marathon training. 5km done this morning, a few city walks done in the last week with my mom.

I’ve been journaling my whole life but in the last couple of years I’ve been feeling like it’s too much of an effort to ride a whole page so I decided to get the five year journal! It’s smaller sections on each page for every date and once you’re done with the year you restart the book in the beginning and you have a different section under the previous year! I’m so excited to see my growth every year!

It wasn’t a major task, but it brought me joy. It felt good to accomplish something, however small it may be. Plus, it meant taking a break from endless screen time, allowing me to truly unwind and reset after the work day.

i am meal prepping on sundays for my work week. helps save lots of time/money and i don’t have to stress out about what i’m going to have for lunch!

Goal is to reduce my drinking habits of alcohol and use the gym to help me prioritize my fitness and health
Make my own natural whipped beef tallow lotion
Then lotion is ready to use it for moisturize your body. Keep in mind this is an oil based lotion so do not need to use a lot.
Make my own natural deodorant
I reused a clean old essential oil dropper to keep my daily use deodorant, and I store the rest of deodorant in the jar in the fridge. Whenever I use up my small daily use bottle of deodorant, I just refill it and put the rest again in the fridge. This recipe should last around 2 months for 2 people. Super easy and quick to make and you know exactly what you are putting on your body.

I signed up for a latte art class. So I got to use a real grinder, espresso machine, and the steaming wand. I think the issue before was with the steaming method, I needed a proper wand
