Update #1: Live better, feel better
In 2026, I aim to slow down with hobbies that relax my mind, so we’ll start with a 1000-piece puzzle that was recently gifted to me.
The puzzle itself isn’t a major project, but it’s one step towards prioritizing time for myself and my mental health — something I’ve really been struggling to do.
Update #2: Progress over two days (started yesterday/forgot to post)
65% completeFocusing on an activity rather than scrolling my phone on my days off has been relaxing and centering. No Sunday (or Monday holiday) scaries here.
Update #3: Finished a 1000-piece puzzle
100% completeIt wasn’t a major task, but it brought me joy. It felt good to accomplish something, however small it may be. Plus, it meant taking a break from endless screen time, allowing me to truly unwind and reset after the work day.
