Complete a latch hook kit

I’d like to get into more crafting this year, so I’m starting with something small, but achievable. When I was young, my mom and I used to do latch hook kits. It’s been 20+ years, but the process is as simple as I remember. This is a 50cm x 50cm kit. It includes all of the yarn already cut into pieces, as well as a latch hook and pattern outline.

Most of this progress was made during the first few days of starting the project. I had to take a few weeks off due to my job getting extra busy, as well as a new puppy and other life things. I was also having trouble with my eyesight (dealing with migraines), so I started using sticky notes to follow each row of the pattern. and got my eyes checked (glasses secured). I made time for a few more rows this weekend and I’ll try to do a little each day, if I can.
