Arnold Press is one of my favorite lifts. Two years ago I was averaging 35lb dumbbells. Today I did 2x6 at 50lb, after 3x8 45lb
Update #2: 60lb
60lb was tough but was also probably achievable last time since no training has been done since last update. Resting probably helped
