Update #1: THREE DAILY HEALTHY GOALS IN ONE FOR ONE WEEK:5 cups of fruit and vegetables-half an hour snow shoeing- half an hour work out
Our daily life is so busy . Doctors and health articles always recommend exercising. It’s a must at any given age in life specially when you get older ( like me ;))you really feel it so badly.
So OPUS CAFE was a huge impact on my decision.
Challenges Overcome: - easy routine” and started my goal few days ago. Went snow shoeing. Worked out and 15 mn of muscles strengthening.
Obstacles Faced: Only getting sick, god forbid:)
But,if
You have a will, you have a way!
Looking Back: Feeling more energetic.
Update #2: Followed my goal by enjoying 5 cups of fruit and veggies, working out for 45 mn and finally went snow shoeing for about an hour:
20% completeI broke my taking -it -easy daily routine and progressed my goal with no hesitation at all.
It’s a good feeling for sure plus plenty of health benefits;)
Challenges Overcome: Broke my routine and did my daily workout. Thanks to Opus cafe !
Obstacles Faced: The only hurdle or challenges to overcome is MYSELF!
I will be doing my very best to achieve my goal this week and jump to another new one.

Looking Back: I wish i had pursued my previous workout sgoals before.
Opus cafe gave me a big boost to keep doing it.
Update #3: Stayed true to my Opus daily goal.
40% completeEnjoyed a healthy avocado toast with fresh spring mix and alfalfa sprout.
Challenges Overcome: Sometimes you feel low energy to work out, to eat healthier etc….but you need to stay committed to your goal.
Obstacles Faced: Just brake your own routine and do it , you will feel better afterwards.
Looking Back: Learn to sharpen your will .
Update #4: Kept going strong with my daily 3 healthy goals
60% completeFeeling good about myself for keeping my goals going: eating healthier, exercising and get outdoors
Challenges Overcome: As a results, I feel better, I eat healthier , enjoy the outdoors and sleep better.
Obstacles Faced: Always challenge yourself. The first step is the more challenging one.
Looking Back: Always find ways to improve and learn from the past mistakes.a
Update #5: Kept going stronger with achieving my goals by eating more fruits and vegetables, exercising for 1/2 an hour and enjoying snow a

Challenges Overcome: Feeling good about myself by eating healthier and exercising more

Update #6: Exercised daily, went snow shoeing and kept eating my good portions of fresh veggies and fruit according to my Opus goals.
100% completeTotally kept working on my goals and felt better about the accomplishments .
Challenges Overcome: The favorite part about my goal is to make a daily effort to do it regardless .
Obstacles Faced: Breaking my daily easy going routine by concentrating on my goals.it gave me
