Update #1: Eat healthier for one week
The healthier you eat the better you feel
Challenges Overcome: Purchased fruit, nuts and veggies from the grocery store
Obstacles Faced: Being around food all day long and being tempted to eat other things not on my diet plan
Looking Back: I learned so far that I need to get out of my routine,challenge myself in order to strengthened will and fortify my resolve
Update #2: Just limited my food to fruits, vegetables and some nuts
25% completeIts really challenging but rewarding for sure. Trying to kickout my routine to a new but a much harder one.

Obstacles Faced: Seeing foid around you and not being able to enjoy
Looking Back: I wish i made more similar goals in the past .
Update #3: I had some steamed broccoli and few boiled potatoes for vegetables.anorange and a pear for fruits and few nuts. I felt stronger
45% completeThe main challenge is that I've been fighting a bad flu now and this fact is putting a lot of pressure on me with my goal. But, so far so good :)
Challenges Overcome: I feel this goal,once achieved, will be help me strengthen my will for future life challenges.
Obstacles Faced: Forcing myself to adapt , physically and mentally, to the challenge
Looking Back: I wish I challenged myself more often before
Update #4: I became little more creative to keep up with my hard challenge. I stayed with it improvising on strictly fruits and vegetables.
85% completeWhat changed is that I had a bad cold that paired with my challenge , tried to survive the loss of appetite, the achy body, and keep up with my challenge.
Both new experiences strengthen my will for sure
Challenges Overcome: You have a will , you have a way.
Nothing comes easy but definitely its worth it to always challenge yourself in life.
Obstacles Faced: We need to get out of our comfortable shell. Brake our easy routines and habits , specially the unhealthy ones, challenge yourself for a much better yourself.
Looking Back: I wished I challenged myself more often to achieve good goals in life.
Opus is a great incentive for sure.

100% completeIt was hard but very meaningful: it helped me physically and mentally.
Honestly, its a natural healthy weight loss program; I unintentionally lost 5 lbs
