Update #1: Live better, feel better

Wanting to go on more walks/hikes! Started today on the Cascade Kauri Loop
Obstacles Faced: Actually getting to the locations, especially once I’m back at work!
Next Steps: Plan which hikes/walks I want to do around me

Update #2: Hobbiton yesterday and Duder Regional Park today!

35% complete
Two new walks, Hobbiton was a little less than one km and Duder was 5km. Lots of animals at Duder.

Update #3: Walks along the viaduct

75% complete
A bit harder to reach this goal now that I’m back at work and fully into marathon training now. But got to walk along the viaduct the other day!

Update #4: Little neighbourhood walk

100% complete
I’ve been more active within the last month, making sure I have at least one good walk each week and staying on top of my marathon training. 5km done this morning, a few city walks done in the last week with my mom.
Challenges Overcome: Hitting my step count almost every day this month
Obstacles Faced: Finding the actual time with work, training and social life. But I made my walks extra enticing by planning them with friends / calling people / listening to my audio books.
Next Steps: Keep doing walks and hitting my step counts.
Looking Back: As soon as the thought of a walk comes up, I geared up and went out. Didn’t leave any room for second guessing
