Update #1: Start walking outside 2x a week this fall
I’ve been walking more this fall and it’s so beautiful! I want to exercise more outside!
Obstacles Faced: One challenge is my work schedule. Sometimes I get home late from work and am not able to get a walk in before it gets dark out.
Update #2: Took a walk outside in the backyard!
50% completeIt wasn’t very long, but I am feeling very tired after a long weekend. Figured a little is better than nothing :)
