Update #1: 75 Soft Challenge

75 soft-ish challenge! I plan to exercise for 30 minutes 6 days a week, drink 64oz of water daily, limit alcohol to special occasions (e.g. birthdays), and do 20 minutes of a mindful activity (e.g. reading/writing, coloring, etc.) everyday for 75 days.
Challenges Overcome: Made a Google Sheet template! Starting the challenge January 2nd. Happy New Year!
