Train an experienced barista how to do a rosetta design

I feel that I can train myself how to do latte art, now I want to work on applying those skills to teaching, above is my own art and the target for the barista I am working with

Teaching someone the techniques is a little easier when they already have good milk quality. I find the part that every barista that I have taught struggles with, is the cut through at the end. Going to continue working with her and others I train on going quick at the end to avoid a thick stem.
