Update #1: Swimming In the ocean every day

A few winters ago I swam in the ocean every day. I would go in for around 30 seconds maybe a minute dip in and then come out. It was incredible for my happiness levels. I’m going to start doing this again. It’s 10 o’clock at night here so I’m going to start tomorrow even though they say you should start a goal right then and there.
Challenges Overcome: Tomorrow when I wake up, I’m going to walk to the ocean and get in. I’m not exactly sure where the school is going to take me it may develop and get a little bit more complex
