Update #1: Touch Toes while Standing

Be able to touch my toes standing
Challenges Overcome: I workout every weekday but walking outside, playing pickleball, yoga classes, or running on the treadmill.

Update #2: I went for a 3 mile walk today and stretched my legs out more after.

I am a little closer to my toes. I’ve been working more on leg stretching than upper body stretching.
Challenges Overcome: Got some tips and tricks from a yoga instructor
Obstacles Faced: Not being able to do an exercise/ stretch to its full capability due to not being flexible enough
Next Steps: Keep working on my exercises and stretching everyday and soon enough I’ll be able to touch my toes.
Looking Back: Learned a couple new lower body stretches and exercises to help you loosen your muscles

Update #3: So close, Less than 1/2 inch left!

Much closer! It’s getting easier each time I stretch and I am feel more comfortable (not as stiff)
Challenges Overcome: I have been trying to keep my body stretched throughout the day while working. If I am just standing I stretch my legs
Next Steps: Keep stretching and focusing on lower body

Challenges Overcome: Played pickleball for an hour and stretched after! Was 100% able to touch my toes!!
