Update #1: Quit caffeine

I don’t feel great or sleep well when I drink Coke Zero and I seem to not be able to regulate my usage well. I have a caffe e step down with caffeine pills and am at 100mg a day. Goal is to be done in a month or less.

Update #2: 80mg down from 90mg.

Am a little squirmy, wanting caffeine. Had a virgin dragonfruit drink at dinner instead of the tea I wanted. Scratched itch.
Challenges Overcome: Using non caffeine alternatives
Obstacles Faced: Feeling itchy for caffeine and mold headache. Am trying to distract and am going slowly to avoid major withdrawal.
Next Steps: Staying at 80mg for a couple more days and will drop to 70 this week or weekend.
Looking Back: Nothing. Yet. Proud of myself for finding a good time to start this.
