Update #1: Increase Water intake, decrease caffeine intake
In the past few months caffeine intake has ramped and water has been neglected.
To succeed in this goal daily intake should be:
-Atleast 6 cups of water a day
-Atmost 2 cups of caffeinated beverages a day
Update #2: Increased Water consumption
Focusing on the goal really enforced water intake but caffeine is still a crutch at work
Update #3: Lack of Discipline
Need to have better consistency and discipline. It seems not looking and tracking this goal has made it fall off my radar
Update #4: Back from the dead
Transitioning to tea throughout the day seems to have helped remove coffee
