I work at a local cafe/catering company- there is always a need for charcuterie boards. I have been practicing for a while and want to ‘wow’ customers, friends and family.
Challenges Overcome: making smaller boards for family events/holidays

Update #2: Second attempt

This was my second attempt at making a charcuterie board. It’s not super pretty but we will get there. I started following certain accounts on instagram so I am ready to learn more

Definitely an improvement. I played around with new fruits and specialty cheeses
