Why: I ate take out for lunch, and felt absolutely disgusted with the sugar, oil, and lack of vegetables.
How to progress: keep cooking dinner at home
Completion: Completion looks like I cook at home for dinner 5 times a week for a consecutive 4 weeks.
Update #2: Day 2: soup and milk
As I feel incredibly sick and shivery, I ate a pear before this and still felt like death. The soup helps a little

Sprouts and lettuce salad with curry chicken- I think it would’ve been better with a dryer chicken.
Oatmeal needs one less crank of salt, and whey protein powder but I ran out

Olive oil and balsamic dressing on baby kale salad with rib eye. Rib eye was over cooked. But I discovered baby kale today, they’re absolutely delicious, like arugula but mild

The trick is to have all salad and topping ingredients in the fridge, and meal prep a big serving of protein.

Got gifted Costco leftover chicken. It was delicious, but it sat out in room temp for like 5 hours

I'm no longer stressed out about cooking at home, and I can efficiently make a salad with enough protein. Been eating similar dinner for 3 months now lol
