Update #1: Eating Good Dinner At Home

Why: I ate take out for lunch, and felt absolutely disgusted with the sugar, oil, and lack of vegetables. How to progress: keep cooking dinner at home Completion: Completion looks like I cook at home for dinner 5 times a week for a consecutive 4 weeks.

As I feel incredibly sick and shivery, I ate a pear before this and still felt like death. The soup helps a little

Sprouts and lettuce salad with curry chicken- I think it would’ve been better with a dryer chicken. Oatmeal needs one less crank of salt, and whey protein powder but I ran out

Olive oil and balsamic dressing on baby kale salad with rib eye. Rib eye was over cooked. But I discovered baby kale today, they’re absolutely delicious, like arugula but mild

Delicious. Like the SG crispy rice bowl but forgot to cook rice

The trick is to have all salad and topping ingredients in the fridge, and meal prep a big serving of protein.

Got gifted Costco leftover chicken. It was delicious, but it sat out in room temp for like 5 hours

I'm no longer stressed out about cooking at home, and I can efficiently make a salad with enough protein. Been eating similar dinner for 3 months now lol
