Update #1: Make one nutritious meal from home a day by July 21st
My goal is not to count calories or lose weight. I just want to fuel my body with nutritious whole foods that don’t have any preservatives. I feel so much better mentally and physically when I eat real foods with simple ingredients. With that being said I would like to prioritize at least one homemade nutritious meal a day.
Challenges Overcome: Today I went grocery shopping and got lots of good quality food with no additives or preserves that make me feel bad. In this image you can see I grilled some chicken breast, baked a sweet potato, and steamed some green beans.
