Update #1: Move everyday for a week
I have struggled with exercising on a regular basis and on keeping a more stable work life balance.
As a first goal towards losing weight, I'd like just to start moving everyday for a week.
Challenges Overcome: Usually I sign up to a class and over do it, this time I will settle for less intense starts, just to keep it sustainable.
Tue. & Thurs: Walk 10000 steps
Wed. & Friday : Yoga class at lunch or after work
Sat. & Sun: Bike 1 hour / Swim 1 hour / Play Tennis
Mon. : Walk 20000 steps
