Update #1: Fixing my nerd neck
My poor posture and neck pain have been deteriorating my quality of life.
Trying to strengthen my neck so I experience less tension headache.
Update #2: … just trying random things
Not really sure what’s going on here either.
My shoulders always hurt after chest day from something, but I can’t seem to fix the issue no matter how I retract my traps.
Update #3: Got rid of tall external monitor & neck pain disappeared
100% complete1. Realized my mouse was too tall so it’s making me shrug while working
2. Got rid of the external monitor, which makes me look upward during long work hours
3. Incorporated more back exercises
